The second forum for postal leaders in the Arab region has kicked off in the Qatari capital, Doha, with the participation of Syria and representatives from several Arab countries, within the framework of regional cooperation to develop the postal sector.
Participating from the Syrian side in the forum are the Assistant Minister of Communications and Technology, Hussein Al-Masri, and the Director-General of the Syrian Post, Imad al-Din Hamad.
The forum will continue for two days, featuring a series of high-level discussions focusing on harnessing emerging technologies to enhance postal efficiency and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, in addition to integrating e-commerce services into the modern postal system.
The forum sessions also address important topics on transitioning from traditional systems to advanced digital platforms, leveraging data analysis to improve operational processes, as well as employing artificial intelligence in developing delivery services.
Special attention is given to strategies for enhancing customer experience by offering tailored services and flexible delivery options to meet various needs.
This forum comes in the context of the growing need to modernize postal infrastructures, reflecting the shift towards digital transformation in the service sectors across the Arab region.
