When will the official invitations be sent to the participants of the National Dialogue Conference?

Aldaghem stated in a press conference for the preparatory committee that "the conference's location and date will be determined later, and the invitees will be received in Damascus tomorrow, February 24."
He added that "the recommendations from the national dialogue will not be mere advice and formalities, but will be built upon for the constitutional declaration, economic identity, and institutional reform plan."
The preparatory committee announced today that "more than 30 meetings have been held covering all provinces, ensuring the representation of various components of Syrian society."
Approximately 4000 men and women participated in the meetings, and the committee conducted numerous dialogues to listen to various opinions and orientations, according to the committee.
The committee also mentioned that there were over 2200 interventions documented, and more than 700 written contributions were received, according to the preparatory committee's statement.
According to the committee, there is a repeated call for the issuance of a temporary constitutional declaration to manage the transitional phase, develop an economic plan suitable for the stage, restructure government sectors, involve Syrians in managing institutions, enhance security and stability to facilitate the reconstruction of state institutions.
The committee stated that the dialogue is not just a conference or a temporary event but a sustainable approach to gradually and responsibly resolve national issues.
It added that the conference will have a practical nature, including specialized workshops to address the issues identified by the committee from its meetings.
Each workshop will involve experts, specialists, and interested parties to ensure in-depth discussions and find practical solutions.
The committee emphasized that this conference is the first step in a long national process that requires continuous collective work to build a new Syrian national identity that preserves civil peace and achieves the aspirations of the Syrian people for a future worthy of their sacrifices.
On another note, Aldaghem stated that "the formation of the transitional government is not contingent on the national dialogue process, but forming it after the dialogue will allow it to benefit from the conference's proposals."
According to the Associated Press, Aldaghem stated on February 21 that "it has not been determined whether the conference will be held before or after the formation of the new government, indicating that the conference's date and timing are open for discussion by the citizens."
Ahmad Alshar'a, the Syrian president for the transitional phase, issued a decision on February 12 to form a preparatory committee for the National Dialogue Conference.
