US Ambassador to the UN: We welcome the Syrian government's full cooperation with the United Nations

The US Ambassador to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, welcomed the Syrian government's full cooperation with the United Nations, emphasizing the need to "elevate the voices of Syrians regarding their future."

During a UN Security Council session on Syria today, she stated: We welcome the Syrian government's actions to hold accountable all perpetrators of recent violence.

 She noted that the United States supports Syria's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and stability.
