A Ukrainian official announced today, Wednesday, that 3 people were killed in a Russian artillery attack on the city of Kostiantynivka in eastern Ukraine, as Moscow advances to encircle the strategic center in the Ukrainian industrial Donbas region.
4 other people were injured in the same attack, which Donetsk region governor Vadym Vlashchenko said included eight strikes from a multiple rocket launcher system and targeted a local market.
He also called for the evacuation of the city, which is facing increasing attacks as Russian forces approach from three directions.
