Ukraine Attacks Storage Station for "Shahed" Drones in the Russian Republic of Tatarstan

In a statement, the Ukrainian security service said: "On the morning of August 9, long-range drones from the Special Operations Center 'A' of the Special Operations Support Unit struck a logistics center where ready-to-use Shahed drones and their foreign components were stored."
According to the "Ukrinform" website, on the night of August 2, drones belonging to the Ukrainian security service struck an airport used for storing and launching Iranian-made "Shahed" drones in Primorsko-Akhtarsk in the Krasnodar region of Russia, and the military factory Elektroprebor in Penza.
For its part, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in a statement that air defense forces destroyed 72 drones launched by Ukrainian forces towards several areas of Russia today, Saturday, including 3 over the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
