Turkish Foreign Ministry Condemns Israeli Intervention in Southern Syria

The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned today, Tuesday, the Israeli intervention in the developments in southern Syria using military force, emphasizing the need for an immediate halt to these attacks.

In a statement, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said: "Achieving stability and security in Syria is in the interest of the Syrian people, neighboring countries, and the entire region".

The ministry added: "Support should be given to the steps taken by the Syrian government to establish security throughout the country and enhance its presence".
