Trump is alive: I didn't die.. I was just resting for two days!

U.S. President Donald Trump spoke out on Tuesday after widespread rumors about his death, describing the news as "crazy".

Trump said in statements from the White House in response to a question from reporters about whether he had seen the posts circulating on social media:

> "No, I haven't seen any of that, these rumors are crazy. I didn't do anything for two days, so everyone started saying that something was wrong with me."



The hashtag #Trump_is_dead had topped social media platforms in recent days, amid widespread speculation sparked by the unusual absence of the U.S. president from the media scene without any official explanations.

Axios reported that a senior U.S. official said Trump is in good health and is even preparing to go play golf, and just a few hours later, Trump was seen shaking hands with citizens gathered on his way to the golf course, cutting off the rumors that he was in critical health or had died.
