Trump imposes new sanctions on Iran

The US Treasury Department stated in a notice on its website today, Friday, that President Donald Trump's administration has issued new sanctions related to Iran, targeting entities based in Hong Kong as well as terrorism-related sanctions.

According to the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the sanctions target at least 20 entities, five individuals, and three vessels.
