Trump and the Iranian nuclear file: Strong-worded warnings

President Donald Trump warned Iranian leaders of the consequences of "implementing what they are thinking about."
In an exclusive interview with the "New York Post," President Trump said: "I want to reach a deal with Iran regarding its non-nuclear status. I prefer that over bombing them to hell, they don't want to die... no one wants to die." He added: "If a deal is made, Israel will not bomb them."
However, he did not disclose any details of potential negotiations with Iran, stating: "I prefer not to disclose what I will tell them, that's not nice."
He continued, saying: "I can tell them what I should say, and I hope they decide not to do what they are currently thinking about, I believe they will be truly happy."
Trump stated that he will propose a deal to the Iranians, and when asked what he will offer them, he said: "I cannot reveal that because it is extremely disgusting... I will not bomb them."
It is worth mentioning that Trump has signed a memorandum to reinstate the policy of "maximum pressure" on Iran to prevent Tehran from developing its nuclear weapons.
In response, Iran reiterated its rejection of Trump's accusations of manufacturing nuclear weapons, calling it a "big lie," expressing its readiness to give the United States "another chance" to resolve the differences between the two countries, noting that the experience of the nuclear agreement has proven that the United States did not abide by its commitments.
Iran also affirmed earlier that any attack by Israel or the United States on its nuclear facilities will be met with an immediate and decisive response, leading to a "comprehensive war" in the region.
