Today, Sunday, the unloading operations of a ship loaded with 6600 tons of imported soft wheat began, in order to meet the local market's needs for this essential material, thus supporting national food security.
"SANA" reported from the Director of Operations and Investment at the port of Tartus, Youssef Arnos, who stated that this ship is the thirteenth in a series of wheat ships that have arrived at the port since the fall of the previous regime, noting that the total quantities received so far have reached about 136 thousand tons.
Arnos confirmed that the unloading operations are proceeding smoothly thanks to the equipped docks and specialized technical staff, ensuring speed of completion and quality of work.
