The UAE is among the strongest globally in soft power. Its media leadership exceeds a trillion dollars:

In a new global achievement, the UAE topped the international scene by reaching the tenth position globally in the Soft Power Index for 2025, as announced at the annual Soft Power Conference in London, confirming its influential presence in various economic, diplomatic, and media fields.

But Emirati excellence does not stop there. The country has achieved an unprecedented milestone in the field of national media identity, with its value rising to over $1.223 trillion, thus ranking first globally in the National Media Identity Performance Index. It also ranked sixth globally in the National Media Identity Strength, surpassing many major economies.

This was not the only achievement, as the UAE secured advanced positions globally in several key indicators within the Soft Power Index:

Fourth globally in future growth opportunities, generosity, and giving.

Seventh globally in economic strength and stability.

Eighth globally in general international influence.

Ninth globally in international relations, influence in diplomatic circles, technology, and innovation.

Tenth globally in investment in space exploration and global audience engagement.

With this exceptional performance, the UAE continues to strengthen its position as one of the most influential countries in the world, relying on a strong economy, active diplomacy, rapid innovation, and global media presence, confirming that soft power is no longer just a tool but a real force shaping the future.
