The UAE Completes an Urgent Evacuation Operation for 155 Patients and Injured Individuals from Gaza

The United Arab Emirates announced today the implementation of an urgent medical evacuation operation in cooperation with the World Health Organization, which included 155 injured individuals and patients from the Gaza Strip, accompanied by a number of their relatives, to receive necessary medical care.
The operation took place via Ramon Airport in Israel, passing through the Kerem Shalom crossing, bringing the total number of patients and their companions evacuated since the outbreak of the crisis to 2,785 individuals, all of whom benefited from the healthcare and treatment provided by the UAE.
This step comes as a continuation of the humanitarian efforts made by the state to support the people of Gaza in light of the difficult health and humanitarian conditions they are experiencing, reaffirming its steadfast commitment to assist those in need during times of crisis.
