During the meeting, Mr. Hameed Al-Shatari delivered a message from the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mr. Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani, to President Ahmed Al-Sharaa, inviting him to attend the upcoming Arab summit to be held in the capital Baghdad on the seventeenth of next month, reflecting Iraq's keenness for Syria to actively participate in Arab forums and enhance Damascus's role in its regional surroundings.
