The Ministry of Interior has issued a circular for settlement procedures.

The Ministry of Interior has announced a circular to all former employees in the defunct regime's security and military institutions, as well as members of the Baath Party, that the deadline for settling their status is on 20/02/2025. Failure to do so by this date will result in legal accountability and judicial prosecution for those who do not comply.

This circular comes as part of the new Syrian government's efforts to maintain civil peace within Syria and ensure governance in accordance with the law to achieve justice.
