The Ministry of Education, today Thursday, completed the preparation of examination centers and hosting centers designated for students of the basic and secondary education certificates for Syrians coming from Lebanon, to take their general exams at the examination centers in the countryside of Damascus.

During a tour of these centers in the Jdeidet Yabous area in the countryside of Damascus, the Director of Education in the countryside of Damascus, Fadi Nizhat, inspected the readiness of the centers and ensured the availability of all necessary supplies and equipment to ensure a suitable and comfortable environment for students during the exam period.

SANA quoted Nizhat as saying in a statement that the number of registered students exceeds 300 male and female students, and they will come in batches during today and tomorrow, pointing out that the Ministry provided hosting centers close to the Syrian-Lebanese border, in order to secure comfortable accommodation, and provide psychological and health support for the students.

Nizhat also mentioned organizing reinforcement courses for these students before each subject, to support them and help them excel, as part of the efforts of the Ministry of Education to support its students during the general exam period.

The general exams for students of the basic and vocational education certificates are scheduled to start the day after tomorrow, Saturday, in all Syrian governorates.
