The Ministry of Administrative Development Organizes a Training Course to Enhance Government Management Under the Supervision of an International Expert

As part of its plans to support institutional transformation and capacity building, the Ministry of Administrative Development has implemented a specialized training course titled "Enhancing Administrative Management to Reflect on Institutional Performance," aimed at strengthening the skills of personnel in several public entities.
The training sessions, held at the ministry's building in the capital Damascus, focused on distinguishing between the concepts of task and result orientation, principles of management by objectives, as well as problem-solving strategies, decision-making, performance evaluation, effective communication skills, and team building, all under the supervision of international expert Nawar Al-Azem.
Al-Azem explained in a statement to the "SANA" agency that "the goal of the course program is to establish management by objectives and equip participants with skills to manage time, resources, and teams efficiently, in line with the requirements of modern government work, and to enhance productivity."
Participants praised the course content, noting that it "supports the principle of participation, shifts traditional management patterns towards a focus on results, and activates teams to serve the public interest."
This course comes as part of a series of training programs implemented by the ministry to empower government personnel and apply modern management methods, in pursuit of achieving leadership levels in institutional performance.
