The General Manager of the General Authority for Radio and Television, Ala'a Barselo, announced today, Tuesday, April 22, the signing of a contract between the General Authority for Radio and Television in Syria and "NileSat" to broadcast the Syrian News Channel via its satellite.
In a statement to "SANA," Barselo said, "The signing of the contract comes within the framework of the Authority's efforts to enhance the Syrian media presence and reach the audience worldwide."
Yesterday, Monday, the General Authority for Radio and Television also signed a contract with the Qatari company for satellite services "Es'hailSat" to broadcast the Syrian News Channel in high quality via Es'hail 2 satellite (26° East), with additional capacity provided on Es'hail 1 satellite.
