The European Union said in a post via the "X" platform today, Tuesday, that EU ministers agreed yesterday, Monday, on conclusions on Syria in the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels.

The EU affirmed its commitment to the Syrian people and its support for a peaceful and inclusive transition process led by Syria.

The EU added: "The EU lifted all its economic sanctions on Syria, and imposed sanctions on those who threaten stability and human rights".
