"Abdi" welcomed the morning... Has he decided to integrate with the Syrian army?

A leader in the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), "Abu Omar al-Idlibi," announced that a meeting was held between the SDF, the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC), and the Self-Administration, resulting in a decision to integrate the security institutions of the SDF and the Self-Administration into the structure of the Syrian army.
"Al-Idlibi," a commander of the Northern Democratic Brigade affiliated with the SDF, stated on his "X" account, as reported by the "Enab Baladi" news site on Tuesday, February 18, that "the meeting held yesterday between the three parties resulted in a series of decisions that resolve the existing dispute with Damascus.
He added that the meeting resulted in eight points, which are:
- Deciding to integrate the security institutions of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the Self-Administration into the structure of the Syrian army, aiming to unify and strengthen national forces.
- Reactivating state service institutions in northeastern Syria and providing basic services, as well as improving the living standards of local residents.
- The necessity of withdrawing all foreign fighters from the SDF and the northeastern region of Syria, considering this step "important towards enhancing national sovereignty and ensuring stability."
- Increasing coordination with the Syrian government and holding more frequent meetings on national issues.
- Emphasizing the importance of preserving the unity of Syrian territories and the necessity of involving local forces in the Syrian army to enhance the country's defensive capabilities.
- Providing necessary conditions to facilitate the return of refugees and displaced persons to their cities and villages.
- Conveying congratulations to President Ahmed al-Shar'a on his assumption of office and extending an invitation for an official visit to northeastern Syria.
- Establishing joint committees for implementation and ensuring effective enforcement of the decisions.
"Abu Omar al-Idlibi" pointed out that the mentioned decision is "an important step towards enhancing national unity and ensuring stability in the country."
It is worth noting that the SDF, the Self-Administration, or the SDC have not commented on what "Al-Idlibi" mentioned so far.
The commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), Mazloum Abdi, congratulated the head of the transitional phase in Syria, Ahmed al-Shar'a, on assuming the presidency of the country, and invited him to visit the northeastern regions of Syria.
Abdi expressed his forces' readiness to remove foreign fighters from the ranks of the SDF, as part of the ongoing negotiations with Damascus, to reach an understanding that ends the current state of division, affirming openness to a national solution.
