The Central Authority for Control and Inspection: We will launch an electronic platform to submit complaints against any entity in Syria

The head of the Central Authority for Control and Inspection in Syria, Engineer Amer Al-Ali, said today, Monday, that the authority will soon launch an electronic platform for complaints, allowing the submission of complaints against any entity, whether public, joint, or even private.
During a meeting with the directors of internal control in the ministries, ways to enhance the efficiency of oversight performance, develop work mechanisms, and strengthen the authority's role in protecting public funds were discussed.
According to "SANA", Al-Ali confirmed that a plan has been put in place to transform the oversight system into an automated digital institution, aiming to overcome bureaucracy, speed up work, reduce errors, and achieve quick responses.
He pointed out that the new phase has witnessed a restructuring of the authority, the establishment of new groups and directorates, in addition to the creation of directorates for international cooperation, planning and statistics, and studies and research, in order to support work and improve performance quality.
Al-Ali also urged the directors of internal control in the ministries to work with high professionalism and flexibility, in line with the authority's new vision and to enhance its oversight role.
