Syria launches the Central Authority for Control and Inspection website in a new digital format to enhance transparency and combat corruption

The head of the authority, Engineer Amer Al-Ali, described the launch of the website as "a qualitative step in the journey of digital transformation," noting that the new professional interface facilitates access to information and allows public entities and the public to view the authority's tasks, reports, and regulatory legislation.
Al-Ali explained that the website was designed according to the best technical standards to be user-friendly, content-rich, and capable of continuous updates, and it includes accurate information that reflects the reality of oversight work and supports efforts to combat corruption and protect public funds.
He also pointed out that the new platform is an effective tool for receiving complaints and observations from public sector employees through secure and direct channels, which enhances the authority's role in listening to the voice of the community and addressing violations with transparency and objectivity.
For his part, the Director of Informatics at the authority, Tarek Al-Ghosh, confirmed that the website represents the official digital identity of the authority, and work is currently underway to launch a national complaints platform with global standards, as part of a comprehensive project to automate operations and update the digital infrastructure.
Meanwhile, the Executive Advisor for Digital Transformation, Hani Obaid, considered the event a starting point towards adopting modern technologies such as artificial intelligence to enhance the efficiency of personnel and improve performance quality, emphasizing the importance of providing the necessary infrastructure, including smart networks and specialized information security centers.
