US Envoy to Syria: 'SDF' Must Accept the Idea of One Syria

The US Special Envoy to Syria, Thomas Barak, said today, Wednesday, that the Syrian Democratic Forces 'SDF' must accept the idea of One Syria.
In an interview with Al-Hadath channel, Barak added: 'Damascus has shown great enthusiasm to integrate (SDF) into its institutions', and continued: 'SDF has been slow in accepting negotiations with the Syrian government'.
Barak confirmed that federalism does not work in Syria.
He said: 'Regarding negotiations between SDF and Damascus, there is only one way, and that is the way to Damascus'.
