The Governor of Tartous discusses with the Director of the United Nations Development Program the plans to be implemented in the province.

Governor of Tartous, Ahmed Al-Shami, met today with the field offices director of the United Nations Development Program "UNDP" in Syria, Diaa Al-Zoubai, and the accompanying delegation to review the program's plan and ongoing projects in the governorate. Both sides discussed the current needs, especially in the sectors of water, sanitation, environment, disaster risk reduction, and response. According to the official Facebook page of the governorate, the meeting emphasized the importance of expanding the support provided by the program, and the readiness of the governorate and all relevant parties to cooperate and provide the necessary requirements for implementing the program's projects and plans in the governorate.
