The Syrian U-20 national football team concluded its participation in the Asian U-20 Championship held in China today, Thursday, 20/02/2025, by drawing with the Thai team 2-2 in the third and final round of the group stage.
With this draw, the Syrian team maintains its third place with two points in Group Four.
Meanwhile, the Japanese team drew with the South Korean team 1-1 in the final round of Group Four, with South Korea leading the group standings with 7 points, followed by Japan with 5 points, both teams qualifying together to the knockout stage.
Australia and China qualified from Group One, Saudi Arabia and Iraq from Group Two, and Iran and Uzbekistan from Group Three.
