Minister of Emergency and Disaster Management Raed Al-Saleh discussed today, Tuesday, with the Director-General of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Pierre Krähenbühl, the challenges facing the Syrian people, focusing on the file of the missing and increasing humanitarian needs. The two sides emphasized during the meeting on the sidelines of the 2025 Doha World Security Forum the importance of enhancing humanitarian cooperation to address these challenges and supporting efforts to alleviate the suffering of Syrians. Qatar is hosting the seventh edition of the 2025 World Security Forum under the theme "The Impact of Non-Governmental Actors on Global Security" from April 28 to 30.
