Syrian Minister of Education Reviews the Progress of Basic Education Exams in As-Suwayda

The Syrian Minister of Education, Dr. Mohammad Abdul Rahman Turkom, conducted an inspection tour this morning of the centers for the Basic Education Certificate exams at "Mamdouh Nassar" and "Mursal Masoud" in the province of As-Suwayda to ensure the smooth progress of the examination process.

Accompanying the Minister during the visit were the Deputy Minister of Interior, Major General Ahmad Mohammad Latouf, and the Governor of As-Suwayda, Dr. Mustafa Al-Bakour. Turkom expressed his satisfaction with "the orderly conduct of the exams and the serious follow-up by the educational community in the province, in addition to the cooperation of the security forces and the local community." He also praised the efforts made "to develop exam mechanisms that serve the students and enhance the quality of education."

In turn, Major General Latouf emphasized "a state of full alert to secure protection for the examination centers," calling for "intensifying efforts to activate all police units in the province to ensure security and stability."

The Governor of As-Suwayda, on his part, noted "the provision of all necessary requirements for the smooth conduct of exams," affirming "working to ensure their integrity and transparency."
