Syrian Minister of Economy Sets Price per Square Meter in Industrial City Allotments

The Syrian Minister of Economy and Industry, Dr. Mohammad Nidal Al-Shaar, issued a decision today, Wednesday, to determine the price per square meter in the allotments within the industrial cities of Adra, Sheikh Najjar, and Hassia, in light of the recommendations issued by the committee formed to determine allotment prices.

According to the decision, prices were set in US dollars based on two selling conditions, cash and installment, in the industrial city of Adra in the Damascus countryside. In Sheikh Najjar city, the price is $30 cash and $35 installment, while in Hassia industrial city, the price per meter is $26 cash and $30 installment.

The ministry emphasized that this decision will be implemented starting from its issuance date and will be communicated to the directorates of industrial cities, the General Directorate of Industrial Zones, and relevant authorities to comply with its provisions.
