The Syrian Minister of Energy, Engineer Mohammad Al-Bashir, discussed today, Friday, with the Director of "Aqua Power" Mohammad Bou Nayan, ways of joint cooperation in the field of renewable energy.
The two parties discussed during a video conference the possibility of establishing renewable energy generation stations equipped with storage systems, and it was agreed to set a date for a delegation from the company to visit the ministry's headquarters in Damascus, in preparation for signing joint cooperation agreements in this field.
The meeting addressed the seawater desalination project and ways to benefit from the company's expertise in this sector, which enhances water and energy security in Syria.
