This meeting aims to enhance military coordination and develop mechanisms for joint work between the two sisterly countries. This meeting is part of a series of continuous meetings between the two sides.
Also, the Lebanese Prime Minister, Naufal Salam, visited the Syrian President, Ahmed Al-Shar'a, in Damascus on Monday, April 14, where the two sides discussed border control, crossings, preventing smuggling, and demarcating the borders on land and sea.
