Syrian Chief of Staff Major General Ali Al-Naasan receives the liaison officer of the Lebanese Army.

The Chief of Staff, Major General Ali Al-Nu'asan, received the Lebanese Army's liaison officer, Brigadier Michel Butros, in Damascus today, Tuesday.

This meeting aims to enhance military coordination and develop mechanisms for joint work between the two sisterly countries. This meeting is part of a series of continuous meetings between the two sides.

Also, the Lebanese Prime Minister, Naufal Salam, visited the Syrian President, Ahmed Al-Shar'a, in Damascus on Monday, April 14, where the two sides discussed border control, crossings, preventing smuggling, and demarcating the borders on land and sea.
