Syria discusses updating administrative laws with the Presidential Council committees

The meeting addressed the reality of work in the ministry regarding the follow-up of legal instruments associated with it, in addition to reviewing legislative projects under preparation, including the Civil Service Law, institutional organization, and the Training and Accreditation Law, which aim to update the legal framework of public administration in line with the requirements of the stage.
According to what was published by the Al-Amana channel on Telegram, the working team in the ministry presented their observations and inquiries regarding several points mentioned in the draft laws, in a step that reflects the ministry's commitment to involving legal staff in drafting new legislation.
The attendees emphasized the importance of continuous communication between the Ministry of Administrative Development and the General Secretariat of the Presidency, to ensure addressing any gaps or legal issues that may hinder the implementation of these projects, contributing to establishing a more efficient legislative environment within public institutions.
