Surprising Moment: Putin Rides in the American 'Beast' at the Alaska Summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin broke the tradition of traveling in his private 'Aurus' car and responded to U.S. President Donald Trump's invitation to ride in the famous armored presidential vehicle 'The Beast' during his visit to Alaska.

This offer came after a joint photo was taken between them, where Trump suggested they go together to the negotiation venue in the armored 'Cadillac 1', known for its high security features, including bulletproof windows, automatic rifles, tear gas canisters, and blood bags.

This vehicle is a symbol of security and luxury for the President of the United States; it is not just a means of transport but a comprehensive security system that surrounds the president during his domestic and international movements.

This summit in Alaska marks the first official meeting between an American and a Russian president in over 4 years, following Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.

Accompanying Putin on his visit, which is his first to a Western country since the conflict began, are Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Presidential Advisor for Foreign Policy Yuri Ushakov.

Meanwhile, Trump is joined at the meeting by Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special Envoy to Russia Steve Wittekov.
