The second type includes psychological treatment, such as therapy sessions, along with exercise, relaxation, and stress reduction. Fibromyalgia may be accompanied by other symptoms such as irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue, bladder inflammation, and even rapid heartbeats, making the treatment of the disease a comprehensive process that requires multidimensional care.
