Saudi Foreign Ministry Condemns Ongoing Blatant Israeli Attacks on Syrian Territories

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated today that the Kingdom has been following the developments in Syria, and "expresses its satisfaction with the measures taken by the Syrian government to achieve security, stability, and preserve civil peace, and to uphold the state's sovereignty and institutions over all Syrian territories in a way that preserves the unity and security of Syria and fulfills the aspirations of the Syrian people".

In a statement, the Saudi Foreign Ministry added: "The Kingdom condemns the ongoing blatant Israeli attacks on Syrian territories, interference in its internal affairs, destabilization of its security and stability in a flagrant violation of international law, and the 1974 Disengagement Agreement between Syria and Israel".

The Kingdom reiterates its call on the international community to stand by the sisterly Arab Republic of Syria, support it during this stage, and confront the ongoing Israeli attacks and violations against Syria".
