The Saudi Cabinet, chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, affirmed its solidarity with the State of Qatar and its firm rejection of any encroachment on its sovereignty or threats to its security and stability.
The Cabinet reiterated the Kingdom's continued support for international efforts aimed at achieving regional and global security and peace through activating diplomatic dialogue as an effective means to resolve disputes.
The Acting Minister of State and Minister of Media, Dr. Issam bin Saad bin Saeed, explained that the Cabinet emphasized the role of the international community in ending the catastrophic repercussions of the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, protecting civilians, and working towards achieving sustainable peace in accordance with international legitimacy.
The Cabinet welcomed the signing of the peace agreement between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, expressing hope that this would bring development and prosperity to the two peoples, and enhance regional and international security and stability.
The Cabinet emphasized the efforts of the Supreme Hajj Committee and those working in the system of serving the guests of the Merciful, which demonstrated global excellence in implementing security, organizational, and health plans, making the Kingdom a leading model in crowd management and service provision.
The Cabinet affirmed providing all the needs of Iranian pilgrims and ensuring their safe return to their homeland, emphasizing that caring for pilgrims is a priority for the Kingdom.
Internationally, the Cabinet noted the launch of the World Water Organization from its headquarters in Riyadh, reflecting Saudi Arabia's commitment to enhancing international cooperation to address water challenges, the essential element of life.
The Cabinet also praised Saudi Arabia's election as Deputy Chair of the Executive Board of the World Health Organization, and its membership in the United Nations High-Level Group for Partnership and Coordination in Statistics to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals 2030, and the inclusion of the "Uruq Bani Ma'arid" Reserve in the International Union for Conservation of Nature's Green List.
On the economic front, the Cabinet welcomed the International Monetary Fund's concluding statement on the Article IV consultations with the Kingdom for 2025, which praised the flexibility of the Saudi economy, the expansion of the non-oil sector, inflation containment, and historically low unemployment rates, in line with Vision 2030.
The Cabinet commended the results of the seventh cycle of the King Abdulaziz Quality Award, praising the commitment of the winning establishments to institutional excellence and raising performance quality to support national targets.
Finally, the Cabinet approved a mechanism for registering and matching the vital characteristics of arrivals and departures via cruise ships, and completing the procedures for the Kingdom's accession to the Integrated Industrial Partnership to achieve sustainable economic development.
