Saudi Arabia: No Pollution Recorded After US Strikes on Iranian Nuclear Facilities

The Saudi Arabian Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority announced that the continuous environmental radiation monitoring network and early warning system, affiliated with the Emergency Operations Center, did not record any radiation effects on the Kingdom's environment or the Gulf countries following the US military strikes targeting 3 key Iranian nuclear sites, including Fordow, Isfahan, and Natanz.
On the other hand, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its deep concern about these developments, confirming in a statement posted on its official "X" platform:"The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is closely monitoring the developments in the sister Islamic Republic of Iran, represented by the targeting of Iranian nuclear facilities by the United States of America".
The statement also recalled the contents of the Kingdom's statement issued on June 13, 2025, condemning Iran's sovereignty violation, calling for "restraint, de-escalation, and avoiding escalation". It added:"The Kingdom calls on the international community to double efforts in these highly sensitive circumstances to reach a political solution that ensures ending the crisis, leading to opening a new chapter for achieving security and stability in the region".
