"Not entirely negative".. Conclusion of Russian-Ukrainian talks in Istanbul

The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today, Monday, the conclusion of the Russian-Ukrainian talks in Istanbul.

The Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Ongu Kıtcıelı, stated in a press release: "The Russian-Ukrainian talks in Istanbul have ended," indicating that "the talks did not yield negative results."

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said: "Ukraine and Russia are preparing for a new prisoner exchange operation after the Istanbul talks."
