Reuters reported from security sources today, Tuesday, that the confirmed number of deaths in the sinking of a boat carrying migrants off the coast of Yemen on Sunday has risen to 86.
According to the sources, the boat was carrying 170 migrants, 42 of whom were rescued.
The International Organization for Migration, a United Nations agency, stated earlier today, Tuesday, that the capsizing of a boat carrying African migrants off the coast of Yemen resulted in the deaths of 56 people.
