Public security forces arrest a group operating outside the law in Latakia.

The General Security Administration in the countryside of Latakia managed to arrest a group operating outside the law, targeting civilians and security facilities.

The well-coordinated security operation led to the arrest of two members of the group, including their wanted leader "Samuel Watfa," and the seizure of quantities of weapons in their possession.

The group had participated in previous attacks on army and security checkpoints last March, in addition to being involved in robberies and assaults against civilians.

The detainees have been referred to the public prosecution to complete legal procedures and continue investigations.
