Dr. Abdou Mahli is one of the prominent Arab figures in the field of pharmacy and pharmaceutical industries, combining academic excellence and research achievements at the global level, qualifying him for leadership responsibilities in developing the national health and pharmaceutical system. * Outstanding Upbringing and Education: Dr. Abdou Mahli was born in Syria and raised in a scientific environment that encourages diligence and excellence. He graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Aleppo University in 2007 before traveling to Germany to pursue his postgraduate studies. He obtained his Ph.D. in Pharmacy in 2013 with distinction, focusing his research on liver diseases and related molecular mechanisms. * Notable Scientific and Professional Achievements: In 2018, Dr. Mahli won the award for the best scientific research in liver diseases in Germany, acknowledging his pioneering research efforts that opened new horizons in early diagnosis and preventive treatment of chronic liver diseases. He has published over 25 scientific papers in peer-reviewed international journals and holds several patents in advanced areas of the pharmaceutical industry. With over ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, he has worked with leading companies in Germany, the United States, and several Arab countries. * Leadership Role and National and Arab Contributions: Dr. Abdou Mahli currently heads the scientific office of the Arab Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Union and is considered an accredited expert in biopharmaceuticals, serving as a consultant to health ministries in several Arab countries. He contributes to the development of pharmaceutical policies, continuous training of medical and pharmaceutical staff, and has worked as an assistant professor at universities in Germany, Jordan, and Syria.
