Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk emphasized today, Saturday, that the West must remain united as it enters a critical moment regarding the future of Ukraine and the security of European countries.
Tusk's statements came after a summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in Alaska.
In a post on the "X" platform, Tusk said: "The game concerning the future of Ukraine and the security of Poland and all of Europe has entered a critical phase."
He added: "Today, it is clearer than ever that Russia only respects the strong, and Putin has once again proven to be a cunning and fierce player. Therefore, maintaining the unity of the entire West is of utmost importance."
