Pakistan raises its state of military readiness and condemns Israeli attacks on Iran.

Pakistan activated its air defense systems and deployed fighter jets near its nuclear facilities and borders with Iran on Friday, June 13, in response to Israeli attacks targeting Iranian nuclear facilities.
An intelligence official told the German news agency (DPA) that "our systems are on high alert as a precautionary measure... despite no direct threat."
Pakistan is the only Islamic state armed with nuclear weapons and shares long borders with Iran, witnessing intense security presence.
In a related context, Pakistani authorities have increased security measures around the US embassy and consulates in Islamabad and other cities, in anticipation of possible violence or protests.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif condemned the Israeli attacks on Iran, while Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar expressed solidarity with Tehran, describing the attack as "unjustified" and a "blatant violation of Iran's sovereignty." He also tweeted on (X) saying: "This act seriously undermines regional stability."
Israel announced that it carried out strikes on Friday targeting nuclear facilities, ballistic missile factories, and Iranian military leaders, in what it described as a "prolonged" operation to confront Iran's nuclear program.
Meanwhile, Iranian media and witnesses reported explosions at several sites, including the Natanz uranium enrichment facility, while Israel declared a state of emergency in preparation for a possible Iranian response.
