Officials: New prisoner exchange process between Russia and Ukraine

Officials from Ukraine and Russia said that the two countries exchanged another group of prisoners of war who are sick or seriously injured today, Thursday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky mentioned that all Ukrainian soldiers received are in need of medical care in a message on the Telegram app without providing details on the numbers. Kiev and Moscow had agreed on a major exchange of prisoners of war and the remains of thousands of dead soldiers during talks in Istanbul earlier this month.
