New Incursion of Israeli Forces in Two Towns in Southern Syria

Israeli forces infiltrated, on Sunday, into the towns of Breika and Bir Ajm in the southern Quneitra countryside in Syria, in a military patrol that included an armored vehicle and two SUVs loaded with soldiers, amid ongoing movements in the area, according to what the Syrian "Al-Ikhbariya" channel reported.
Since the fall of Bashar al-Assad's regime, Israel has been conducting ground incursions in the rural areas of Damascus, Quneitra, and Daraa, where it first took control of the buffer zone, then began carrying out raids in border areas, which constitutes a violation of the disengagement agreement of 1974 and the rules of international law and United Nations resolutions regarding the sovereignty of states.
Israeli army forces also infiltrated on Friday into villages and towns in the provinces of Quneitra and Daraa, where they set up military checkpoints, searched homes, and arrested a number of civilians. The Syrian news agency "SANA" reported that a patrol consisting of six vehicles entered early Friday from the occupied Golan Heights into the town of Abidin in the Yarmouk Basin area west of Daraa, and arrested three young men before they were released later.
The agency also indicated that four Israeli vehicles infiltrated into the village of Al-Ajraf in Quneitra, conducted searches of several homes, and set up a military checkpoint at the entrance of the village.
