Minister of Interior Visits Latakia to Assess Situation Following Wide Fires

The Syrian Minister of Interior, Anas Khateeb, visited the city of Latakia today, Tuesday, accompanied by a number of security officials, to assess the situation following the wide fires witnessed by the city.

The minister inspected the conditions of the citizens during the tour, emphasizing the importance of the full readiness of the security agencies to ensure public safety and meet the needs of the residents.

He also stressed the necessity of full coordination with the Ministry of Emergencies to ensure a rapid and effective response, in order to preserve lives and properties.
