Sources told Middle East Eye today, Monday, that the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have been informed that not all of its military units will be integrated into the Syrian army.
According to the sources, the weapons of the units exempted from integration into the Syrian army will be removed.
They also confirmed that the merger talks between the SDF and the Syrian government are still ongoing and active.
