The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that a meeting of Turkish, Russian, and Ukrainian delegations is scheduled to start at Çırağan Palace in Istanbul today at 19:00.
Diplomatic sources at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicated that the meeting, chaired by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, will be attended by the Director of the National Intelligence Organization Ibrahim Kalın, and the Chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces, General Metin Gürak.
The source also noted that Minister Fidan's opening speech will be broadcast live.
The Russian and Ukrainian sides revealed their delegations for the upcoming third round of Istanbul negotiations.
Information suggests that Russia maintained its delegation lineup with the same members who participated in the previous round of talks in May, while Volodymyr Zelensky issued a decree to increase the members of his delegation from 12 to 14 and replaced some figures with others.
