Luna Ahmed Luay Rajab is a prominent Syrian architect, appointed as the Assistant Minister of Culture for Heritage and Antiquities Affairs by Presidential Decree No. 55 of 2025.
She is one of the leading figures in preserving Syrian architectural heritage and reconstruction, with a distinctive presence both locally and internationally.

* Academic Qualifications and Professional Training:
Luna studied architecture at the Faculty of Engineering at Damascus University, receiving intensive academic education in design, urban planning, and architectural art.
Her strong academic background has contributed to shaping her professional character and honing her skills in managing heritage projects.

* Prominent Positions:
Executive Director of "Architects and Consulting Engineers ACE," a Syrian office specializing in engineering studies that provides design and execution services at a professional level.

Chair of the Syrian National Committee in the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS), giving her a pivotal role in coordinating with international bodies concerned with preserving human heritage.
