Mediators Express Their Concern Over the Deteriorating Humanitarian Situation in Sudan

The mediators, known as "Allies for Saving Lives and Peace in Sudan," include the United States, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and other countries.
In a statement, the mediators added: "We emphasize the necessity of full respect for international humanitarian law. This includes obligations to protect civilians, including aid workers and their facilities and assets, as well as allowing humanitarian assistance to reach all those in need quickly and without obstacles and facilitating it."
