Massive Protests in the Netherlands Against Deteriorating Humanitarian Situation in Gaza

Thousands of demonstrators gathered yesterday, Thursday, at major train stations, carrying cooking pots and spoons to create symbolic noise, aiming to highlight the blockade of humanitarian aid imposed on the region.
Participants also called on the Dutch government to take immediate action to end the crisis and to press for the opening of safe relief corridors.
The number of participants at Amsterdam Central Station reached about 1,500 people, while the number of protesters at Rotterdam Central Station exceeded a thousand, with hundreds more participating in different cities in a coordinated demonstration held simultaneously across the country.
These protests are part of a series of ongoing popular movements in several European countries, reflecting growing concerns about the humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip.
