Lack of displacement of people leads to Trump's anger.

Immigration and customs enforcement agents in the United States are struggling due to increasing pressure to ramp up arrests and deportations of undocumented immigrants. President Donald Trump has expressed his frustration over the lack of increase in the number of people deported during the early stages of his administration, according to sources familiar with discussions at the White House as reported by NBC.
Trump is reportedly angry about the lack of increase in deportations, conveying this message to "border czar" Tom Homan, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, White House senior adviser Stephen Miller, and acting ICE director Matt Albence.
He is said to be "going crazy because they are not deporting more people," as he put it.
